The cover photo was taken at The Lincoln Museum located in Hodgenville, Kentucky, (LaRue County) home of Abraham Lincoln, 16th President of the United States of America. It is also where I was born and have lived most of my life. The CD title “Keep On Keeping On” represents the never-give-up spirit and determination that individuals such as Abraham Lincoln have exhibited throughout their lives. The opportunity to create our own path of success lives within us. Setting high but reachable goals and acting upon them provides each of us with experiences that enable us to better cope with life’s neverending challenges. The way in which we deal with those challenges may also provide encouragement to others. We should all strive for the mark and try to do what’s right, not wrong. We can’t ever quit! Remember, we don’t have to face life’s struggles all alone. If we will let the Lord be our guide, he will give us the power, the wisdom, and the strength to carry on and make it through each and every day.
We owe it to ourselves, to those we love, and to those who love us, to Keep On Keeping On!
Note: A special “Thank You” goes out to The Lincoln Museum, its staff, and to all of you who have been, and continue to be so supportive. It is very much appreciated!
PS We welcome into this world Keegan Miller Spratt, our first “grandchild”.
